COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Force Control 74-210S09015 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furnas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Good-Year product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 14M60S20E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 141P32AA manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10C240 by Manufacturer Good-Year as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Good-Year Brand 8GTR200062 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fyh such as ER20824DSK3 equipment made by Fyh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fyh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fyh" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8M179236 made by Gates as well as the popular SSG202P20 original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45V2500 by Gates and ER20824DSK3 spares by Fyh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fort-Worth. |
